Refunds and Reurns: 

Scratch and Dent Parts and Labor Warranty:

*Limited Warranty for appliances which were purchased as scratch and dent from Aubrey's Appliance Center.

There is no implied warranty of merchant ability nor any implied warranty for a particular purpose. There are no warranties either express or implied which extend beyond those set forth herein.

EACH APPLIANCE IS SOLD AS IS and carries a limited  or replacement warranty commencing from the date of the purchase. Aubrey's Appliance Center shall repair the appliance or through a third party vendor, if deemed viable, (at the discretion of Aubrey's Appliance Center) or will offer an exchange of the same value within one year of the purchase date if the appliance fails mechanically. Customer must provide proof of purchase for warranty to be valid. Functions of the appliances that are warrantied are as follows: washers should fill with water, agitate, spin, and drain; dryers should tumble and heat, and door switch and timer should work properly; stove clocks turn on, burners and bake/broiler elements heat; refrigerators will turn on, cool/freeze water for 24 hours. If customer requests warranty service and the problem is caused by the customer (such as a clogged drain, improperly installed water hoses, unlevel appliance, blown circuit breaker, etc.), then customer will be responsible for the cost of the service call. Customer will only receive one exchanged item for this warranty..

There are no refunds on scratch and dent appliances. Items such as self-cleaning mode, leveling legs, broken shelves, cosmetic items, icemakers, water dispensers, fill hoses, and any item resulting from customer’s misuse are not covered under this warranty.

If you take your appliance home in your own vehicle, you understand that only major mechanical errors to parts such as motors, belts, timers, compressors, fans, water pumps, heating elements, and lid and door switches are covered under this warranty. If you damage the item during transit or installation, it is not the responsibility of Aubrey's Appliance Center to repair or replace the item.

Ice makers, water dispensers, and self-cleaning modes may not be tested before purchase and are not warrantied under any circumstance.

Should Aubrey's Appliance Center need to make repairs, a service call will be scheduled within four (4) business days of reported mechanical failure and said repairs shall be completed within seven (7) business days from the time all parts are received by Aubrey's Appliance Center. If a third party other than that ordered by Aubrey's Appliance Center works on your appliance, the warranty from Aubrey's Appliance Center is null and void. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser as set forth in the invoice and is not transferable to subsequent purchasers of the appliance. If you bring your appliance home and determine that it does not fit into or you cannot get it to the appropriate spot (i.e. your hallway is too narrow for the refrigerator you just bought), Aubrey's Appliance Center will offer a 48 hour exchange on that item from the date of invoice. You must bring the item back to Aubrey's Appliance Center in good working condition for this offer to be valid. There are no refunds.

Limit of Liability – Aubrey's Appliance Center IS NOT THE MANUFACTURER. WE INSPECT, REPAIR AND RESELL. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY WATER, FIRE OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE TO YOUR HOME OR PERSONAL PROPERTY. WITH YOUR PURCHASE.  IT IS IMPLIED THAT YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND YOU RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND AGREE NOT TO SUE Aubrey's Appliance Center OR ANY OF ITS REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY/CLAIMS/DEMANDS RELATED TO ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY THAT MAY BE SUSTAINED BY YOU, FAMILY MEMBERS OR OTHERS IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD.

The following is specially excluded from warranty coverage: misuse, abuse, improper transportation, installation or operation of the appliance, the modification of the appliance, or damage to the appliance due to the negligence of the customer.

Trade-Ins – If you have a trade-in or Aubrey's Appliance Center delivery team removes your old appliance, you waive ownership of this appliance as soon as you trade it in.

New Appliances covered by the Factory warranty


For new appliances purchased from Aubrey's Appliance Center: Please refer to each individual manufacture warranty for their specific coverages. Aubrey's Appliance Center does not return purchases, we will work through the manufacture to complete the repair during the warranty coverage.

Return Policy

General Rules for Returns

  1. Must be reported within 30 Days of the Delivery Date. We cannot accept any Return Requests after this mark.
  2. Any orders that are cancelled or refused after the product has already been shipped out will incur the corresponding restocking fee outlined below. 
  3. If an incorrect shipment address or phone number is provided by the customer, and as a result, the freight carrier cannot deliver the package, the shipment will need to be returned to the warehouse and the corresponding restocking fee outlined below will apply.  
  4. A minimum of 15% restocking fee will be applied to any Returns.
  5. Only uninstalled, unused Products in the original packaging with the box and pallet are subject to this Return Policy. If a Product has been used or installed, it cannot be returned.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All damages must be reported to the Aubrey's Appliance Center customer service team (612-564-9207) within 24 hours of delivery.  If a damage is reported after the 24 hour mark, the claim will be denied.

Products that are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Any product that has been modified
  • Any product that is not in resalable condition
  • Any product not accompanied by an Order Number 
  • Any product that is not in the original box with original packaging materials. 
  • Any accessories including but not limited to: range hood extensions, short kits, crown moldings, trim kits, griddles, propane conversion kits, recirculating kits, filters, brass burners, lineguards, wall mounts, linesets, couplers and any accessory.

Damaged Products

In the rare case you receive a damaged order, please follow these easy steps. 

  1. If the box has clear damage upon delivery, take clear photos of the damaged box, refuse the package and note the damages with the delivery driver on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill. 
  2. No damages to the box? Inspect your package immediately when you receive the order from the freight carrier. If there are damages to the product, take pictures and send it to us right away. 
  3. Call Customer Experience team at 612-564-9207 with your Order Number, Issue, and Photos.
  4. Our Customer Experience team will promptly assist you with a replacement unit to be sent out.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If a damage is reported after the 24 hour mark, the claim will be denied.

Exchange Policy

General Rules for Exchanges

  1. Must be reported within 30 Days of Delivery. We cannot accept any Exchange Requests after this mark.
  2. A minimum of 15% restocking fee will be applied to any Exchanges. Refer to the restocking fees by brand above.
  3. Only uninstalled, unused Products in the original packaging with the box and/or pallet are subject to this Exchange Policy. If a Product has been used or installed, it cannot be exchanged.

How We Process Exchanges

  1. Arrange to have the returned product(s) picked up
  2. Warehouse team receives the product and checks that the product is in new condition 
  3. Customer receives a refund, less the Restocking Fee. 
  4. Customer processes a new order for the exchange item.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects and processes your return or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your statement.
